at the moment the sites not gonna be updated as I'm so busy and theirs not any news to report, but I'll properley do something in the summer when I have more time, NF was a fantastic show and it was a absoulte shame it never got a second run, the site for now will be left as it is.

New Layout
Hey Guys
Sorry about the bad news, I'm gutted but at least we have one great series, despite how its been treated, anyway new layout as promised hope you all like, gonna start adding more stuff soon, what im looking for is if anyone has made icons, wallpapers anything NF related that people are willing to share with credit of course then please feel free to email me at nearlyfamousonline@googlemail.com

'Nearly Famous' ditched, exec speaks out:
Where Skins succeeded, many others have failed. I got word today that Nearly Famous, E4's six-part teen drama set in a performing arts school, has been officially canned.
Alison Jackson, executive producer at production firm Kudos, said the team behind the show were disappointed for the show's fanbase.
How do you feel about Nearly Famous not being recommissioned?
"Naturally we were all very disappointed. Nearly Famous is a series we are extremely proud of and it developed a very loyal following of fans."
Had you started developing ideas for series two?
"We hadn’t committed to anything in particular but felt there was certainly the potential for the series to continue. The writer Holly Phillips, who conceived the series, is extremely talented and we would have thoroughly enjoyed developing new ideas for the drama with her."
How do you think the characters would have developed?
"As the students progressed through the College so their talents would have developed - and in the same way relationships would have changed too - almost certainly in some unexpected ways..."

Hey Guys
Sorry there has not been a update in a while but we've all been busy with Skins Online and personal life but I'm gonna do some mini updates soon but the site will properly been very quite as no Nearly Famous on any more and no news of a second series we gonna focus mainly on Skins, but that said we have not forgotten Nearly Famous please sign the petition, email channel 4 do whatever you can to support the show I know how much the show means to people this site will remain for fans if you have any news please feel free to email us at our address.

Just a post to clear somethings up
I just like to clarify some stuff people keep mistaking me for someone who works for Channel 4, I don't this is not the official website, their was never one that I know of, this is a unofficial fansite run by fans of the show, I have not a clue if their will be a new series or anything about releasing the dvd so its pointless emailing me about as I don't have a clue , if their is any news regarding theses matters then we will posted them, but for official stuff it would be better off emailing Channel 4 directly.
